At Inspired Martial Arts, we’re more than just a martial arts school – we’re a community dedicated to empowering children and adults alike. Our mission is to nurture confident, kind, and disciplined individuals by combining martial arts training with essential life skills.

Every student has the potential to thrive not only in martial arts but in all aspects of life. That’s why our approach goes beyond mastering kicks and punches – we focus on developing habits, manners, kindness, and a willingness to try through our Little Heroes Progress Book, Mini Heroes Progress Book and Inspired Heroes Progress Book.
Whether you’re looking to help your child grow into a well-rounded individual or seeking a supportive and challenging space for your own martial arts journey, Inspired Martial Arts is here to guide and inspire.
Our Philosophy
At Inspired Martial Arts, true success comes from nurturing the whole person, not just their martial arts skills. Our philosophy is built on five core values: confidence, respect, discipline, focus, and success. These principles shape everything we do, both on and off the mats.

Our unique approach centres on personal growth through our Little Heroes Progress Book, designed to instil essential life skills in children. By focusing on habits, manners, kindness, and trying, we aim to help our students develop qualities that will benefit them throughout their lives. We create a positive and inclusive environment where students of all abilities feel supported, safe, and free to express themselves. Whether they’re learning to stand up against bullying or working towards personal goals, our students gain the confidence, self-belief, and resilience needed to thrive in any situation.
At Inspired Martial Arts, we don’t just teach martial arts – we inspire individuals to become the best versions of themselves.

What Makes Us Different
At Inspired Martial Arts, we stand out because we focus on developing the whole child, not just their martial arts abilities. Our unique approach blends physical training with life skills education, helping children grow into confident, kind, and disciplined individuals.
Little Heroes Progress Book
One of our key features is the Little Heroes Progress Book, which teaches vital life lessons in habits, manners, kindness, and trying. This programme ensures that students aren’t just learning how to excel in martial arts but also how to succeed in everyday life.
Friendly and Supportive Environment
We foster a friendly and supportive environment where students feel comfortable and valued. From day one, every child and adult is welcomed as part of our Inspired family. We’re committed to creating a safe, judgement-free space where students can grow without fear of embarrassment or bullying.
Inclusivity
Our ethos of inclusivity means we embrace students of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds. Whether it’s your first class or you’re looking to advance your skills, we’ll meet you where you are and help you achieve your goals.
Inspired Martial Arts is more than a martial arts school – it’s a place where character, confidence, and community come together. We don’t just train martial artists; we inspire individuals to be their best in every aspect of life.
